LUXEPOXY® 4 White Primer is suitable for a broad range of substrates such as galvanized steel, non-ferrous metals, concrete, hardwood and MDF as the primer for high performance two pack and single pack coatings. It displays a high degree of solvent, chemical and abrasion resistance.
LUXEPOXY® 66 is a two pack epoxy blast primer. LUXEPOXY® 66 shows good drying properties at the recommended 25 microns dry film thickness and is compatible with a wide range of finishes including epoxy, chlorinated rubber, acrylic epoxy, polyurethane and conventional alkyds.
ZINCANODE® 402 is a two-pack epoxy zinc rich primer formulated for exceptional cathodic corrosion resistance in harsh corrosive environments. ZINCANODE® 402 is recommended for use over abrasive blast cleaned steel surfaces, especially where overcoating is required without special mist or seal coat techniques. ZINCANODE® 402 offers relatively high film builds without mud-cracking and adhesion to field weld areas cleaned by power sanding or power wire brushing.
ZINCANODE® 202 is a two pack epoxy zinc rich primer formulated with a high level of finely divided zinc metal to provide galvanic corrosion protection on steel. On curing, a hard abrasion resistant coating results, which is particularly suitable for overcoating with heavy duty finishes without the need for mist coating or the use of a tie coat. Dry film zinc levels exceed Australian Standard requirements.
LUXEPOXY® Sealer has been specially designed with excellent penetrating properties which provides a means to effectively seal substrates where only minimal surface preparation is possible and in turn ensure the adhesion of subsequent coatings. Suitable for use in a wide range of environments. LUXEPOXY® Sealer can be topcoated with a wide range of coating types
DUREPON® P14 is a two pack epoxy primer enhanced with zinc phosphate pigment for inhibitive corrosion protection on mild steel. DUREPON® P14 can be overcoated with epoxy, polyurethane or acrylic finishes depending upon service requirements.
